Volunteering

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. The hours that volunteers give to us allow CPL to keep staffing costs to a minimum so that more money can go into the program. Every year, CPL volunteers donate thousands of hours that are priceless to our organization.

If you are interested in helping CPL by volunteering your time, please fill out the volunteer application or call Mary Fertig, our Volunteer Coordinator at (610) 869-4902 x 212 for more information. The process takes 4-6 weeks to complete.

The exciting volunteer opportunities at CPL will vary at any given time depending on our needs and volunteer openings. The current volunteer job descriptions are available for:

Other volunteer positions may be available to meet your personal areas of expertise. All positions with the exception of Holiday/Weekend Kennel Assistant, Puppy Home, and Temporary Puppy Home, are Monday - Friday during normal business hours.
