CPL currently has over 60 puppies in training at any given time, a third of which may be raised in one of our prison puppy programs, and the rest are being rasied in community puppy homes across the local five-state area (PA, DE. MD, VA, NJ).
 Our puppies are in training until they are approximately 14 months
old and then they will enter our formal
